Terms and Conditions for the Southern Cross Health Society Member exclusive Southern Cross Pet Insurance Pre-Existing Conditions Offer (“Offer”)

Promotion terms and conditions

1. Eligible Applicants for the Offer will receive cover for all of their Eligible Pet’s pre-existing conditions (as defined in the PetCare policy document) existing at the policy start date for the duration of the policy. Eligible Applicants should note that, as per the policy document, if they upgrade or downgrade their policy outside of the policy’s renewal date, Southern Cross Pet Insurance (SCPI) will issue a new policy and any pre-existing conditions that the Eligible Pet has at the time SCPI issues the new policy will not be covered.
2. To be an “Eligible Pet”, the pet must be a cat aged between 8 weeks and 3 years, 0 days old which has not been covered by an existing SCPI PetCare policy prior to or during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Pet”)
3. To be an “Eligible Applicant” for the Offer, an applicant must be a current Southern Cross Health Society member applying for a new SCPI PetCare policy for an Eligible Pet between the dates of 7 March 2022 until 11:59pm 3 April 2022 (“Promotional Period”), with a policy start date on or before 15 April 2022. The application must be made either online using the promo code SCHSKITTY22 or by calling Southern Cross Pet Insurance on 0800 800 836 and quoting the promo code SCHSKITTY22 and must be accepted by SCPI.
4. It is an applicant’s responsibility to ensure that their policy application is properly completed and received by SCPI during the Promotional Period.
5. All other PetCare policy terms and conditions apply.
6. SCPI accepts no responsibility or liability of any kind to any person in relation to the Offer including liability for applications that are incomplete or defective or received outside of the Promotional Period.
7. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the applicable Southern Cross Pet Insurance policy. Each applicant (including Eligible Applicants) is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions.
