It’s easy to make a Pet Easy-Claim on behalf of your client with our simple-to-use online form.
Pet Easy-Claim requests are assessed within 30 minutes of receipt during our service hours of 9.30am- 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Auckland) and payment processed the same day.
If you’re making a claim outside these hours, we will assess this claim and get back to you on the next business day.

Yes, of course, here it is.
Pet Easy-Claim assessing is faster and more accurate if our customers provide you with the correct policy number and a policyholder name that matches our records. To help avoid delays, we recommend asking the customer to confirm the exact details listed on their Certificate of Insurance or bring it with them when completing the authority form. This certificate is sent to the customer with their Welcome Pack or with their renewal documents.
We’ll need your completed pet medical history notes and invoice to begin assessing your client’s claim. We also need to have your client’s policy number, and the name of the policyholder – if your client doesn’t have these details handy, suggest they search their emails for their Pet Easy-Claim launch message, or their policy welcome or renewal or a previous claims outcome.

Any concerns about a claim outcome or how policy has been applied must be raised with us by your client.
