Terms and conditions

1. To enter the Southern Cross Pet Insurance (“SCPI”) 100 x $100 Prezzy® cards prize draw (“Prize Draw”), applicants must apply and be accepted for a SCPI PetCare or AcciPet policy between 1 July – 30 September 2023 (“Promotional Period”), with a policy start date at least two (2) weeks’ prior to 17 October 2023 (FreeCover and renewals are not eligible for this Prize Draw) (“Eligible Policy”).
   
   
2. For every pet that is insured on an Eligible Policy, the policyholder will get one entry into the Prize Draw (“Eligible Entry”).
   
   
3. The Prize consists of 100 x $100 Prezzy® cards (“Prize(s)”).
   
   
4. The Prize Draw is administered by SCPI and will be held on 24 October 2023, with the Prize winners’ names randomly drawn from the Eligible Entries. The Prize winner will initially be notified by email using the details provided to SCPI when the Eligible Policy was purchased. If contact cannot be made in the initial attempt, up to two further attempts to notify will be made by either email over a period of no more than two (2) weeks. If contact cannot be established with the Prize winner, SCPI will attempt to contact the Prize winner by telephone. If contact cannot be established with the Prize winner by email within 1 month of the Prize Draw, the Prize will be re-drawn.
   
   
5. If Southern Cross cannot run the Prize Draw as planned, Southern Cross may extend the promotional period or postpone or cancel the Prize Draw. In each case, a notice will be posted at www.southerncrosspet.co.nz/prezzycard.
   
   
6. SCPI is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person, property or pet in connection with the Prize Draw or Prize.
   
   
7. Staff, contractors or agents of Southern Cross branded businesses are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
   
   
8. Purchase of a Southern Cross Pet Insurance policy during the Promotional Period is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
   
9. SCPI’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
10. The Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
