We appreciate that there are hard times for many. Our financial hardship option is here to help customers who really need it the most. A brief summary of this option is outlined below:

Downgrade your plan (PetCare policies only)

You can reduce premiums by downgrading to a plan with a lower level of cover. Claims for treatment dates on or after the downgrade date will be paid at the lower benefit level.
